I came out after dreading the financial implications of 2 kids with Hyper Mobility and "flat feet" with a economical solution and a forward plan to take away their pain and also give them the confidence to participate in all sports and school life with confidence! I can't recommend Galleria Podiatry high enough. I saw Rachel at Galleria Podiatry for an old sport related ankle injury which was never getting better. After a few treatments from Rachel I was back at it and haven't had the problem since.
I had a great experience with Rachael, a really caring and understanding doctor. She explained all the possible options in detail and helped me chose the best one for me without judgement. I had bad experiences with podiatrists (and doctors in general) in the past and this had put me off booking an appointment for a while, now I wish I had done it sooner. I really DO NOT LIKE FEET. Mostly my feet. Other people's feet are fine, that's their business. So with that in mind I waited until my foot pain was pretty bad before summoning up the courage to book a podiatry appointment with Payal Shah at Galleria Podiatry. Even considered chickening out on the day. Payal was lovely and smoothed over my awkwardness and nerves, and didn't bat an eyelid at my gross feet. Furthermore, she explained the diagnosis and treatment options in great detail but in understandable layperson's terms. So if you've been putting off dealing with your feet, go and see Galleria Podiatry! I might even get my cracked heels seen to as well ... Bonus points for providing a bike rack, I visit a lot of health/allied health providers and for some reason this is incredibly rare.

Had a great experience at Galleria Podiatry today. The podiatrist i saw was knowledgeable, friendly and very engaged. She was keen to get to know me and my needs and I didn’t feel rushed. She was very upfront about different options and costs and calmly guided me through the steps with no issues. I also learned a lot about different exercises I could do and muscle groups that interacted that I wasn’t aware of previously, leading me to realise there’s lots I can be doing at home without necessarily having to go to a physio. Reception were friendly, patient, helpful and welcoming. Thumbs up!

Cathy Nguyen at Galleria Podiatry has been exceptional - so much so that I am writing my first ever review! I have very difficult feet, and a drawer full of orthotics that I can't wear, as other podiatrists have given up on them. Cathy has seen me so many times to adjust my orthotics (without extra charge) and never once made me feel guilty, or too difficult. She seems to never give up, thinks deeply about how she can help, and is so gracious about it. I will happily recommend Cathy to my own patients, as well as friends and family.
