Refund/Returns & Shipping Policy
Refund policy:
Please choose carefully as we don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect decision. We may issue a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
If returning an item, please email us at reception@galleriapodiatry.com.au for instructions.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date and returned in new/unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Please replace the item into its original packaging with proof of purchase and return to:

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7-14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Delivery/Shipping Policy:
We deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day unless we are required to make a special order in which case we will let you know by email or phone. Shipping times are estimated at between 5 and 10 business days depending on your location.
Galleria Podiatry ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we DO NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us on (08) 9275 9006 to enquire about a special order.
All prices shown on the Galleria Podiatry online store are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (for Australian customers). Currency conversions are set by the payment gateway.
Security Policy:
When purchasing from Galleria Podiatry your card details are transmitted through a secure server using Eway. Card data is not hosted by Galleria Podiatry after processing.
