TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF:
I was born in Albany and moved to Perth when I was about 12. I lived south of the river and went to Rossmoyne High School. After year 12 I initially studied a Human Biology degree (which I never finished) at Curtin University before transferring to Podiatry as a mature age student (I was 25). I failed 1st year chemisty which meant I had to drop down to the year group below. Although disappointing, it worked out well in the end because a young girl called Rachel was in that year. Seven years later we got married!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO AWAY FROM WORK?
Outside of work it’s mostly about taxi-ing our 2 boys to and from sports. I love enjoying good times with the family and catching up with friends. I love all sport, I’m a big West Coast Eagles fan but I have a soft spot for the Western Bulldogs as our youngest son, Harry, supports them.
WHAT'S THE BEST THING YOU'VE DONE IN LIFE TO DATE?
I should say getting married and having kids, but that would be too predictable. The best things I’ve done in life to date probably revolve around family holiday. There’s nothing better than enjoying great times with he wife & kids. However, I’ve started working on a bucket list already. Next year (depended in COVID19) I plan to complete the Kokoda Track. Also on the list is the Singapore Grand Prix, a Test match at Lords, playing golf at St Andrews in Scotland and attending an Olympic Games
WHAT'S A FUN FACT THAT NOT MANY PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT YOU?
I was a super shy kid until my sister got me a job in a nightclub when I was 18. I met girls and everything changed! I also used to rock a wicked mullet hair style. They’re back in fashion so maybe you’ll see it again soon!!!!
